Emily Collins, Executive Administrative Assistant

Emily has been with the City Manager's Office since April, 2007. She received her Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts at Des Moines Area Community College in 2004. She also received a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Iowa State University in 2006.
